The Weekly Codex – This artwork contains a whole bitcoin!

Welcome to this week’s edition of The Weekly Codex! We recently discovered a new bitcoin artist, Bitcoin Bubba. While the painting presented here contains references we wouldn’t usually feature, we thought it worth posting as it is both an inspiring story AND it holds the key to over one bitcoin! Will you be the one to find it? Below you’ll find the link to his site to see more of his bitcoin art.

“This painting is more than art. It’s a map of my journey.

Nearly seven years ago, I walked into the Amazon jungle in Peru searching for a different direction in life. I came home sober – and changed.

This piece was born from that journey. The chaos represents where I had been. The paths, choices and directions represent the decisions that determine where we ultimately go. Every word, symbol, color and stone became part of the story.

And hidden within all of it is something very real: embedded in this painting is the key to more than 1 Bitcoin.

Nearly seven years sober, I look at it today and see far more than its value. I see where I was. I see the choices I made. I see how far I’ve come.

There is no finish line.

I’m still learning. Still evolving. Still choosing my direction.

And I’m still painting the journey.”
