This week we present Jake Allen:  “My work is shaped by lived experience – family, nature, responsibility, and the constant push to see what’s expected. An artist, husband, and father to a son living in Wyoming, creating from a place where freedom, land, and reflection still matter.”

Jake looks forward to telling the story with his cousin and guitar maker, Joe Hoffman, of their collaborative masterpiece ‘Federal Ender’. It will be shown in the gallery at Bitcoin26 in Las Vegas.

‘Burden of Power’ by Jake Allen

A Short, Deep Interview with Featured Artist, Jake Allen

Which of your pieces do you feel most expresses your deepest feelings and/or insights about bitcoin, and why?

The ‘Federal Ender’ and ‘Burden of Power’ because they represent the ideology of being a family man in a ecosphere of monetary and fiscal guidelines that are on fire.

What are you most looking forward to being different and improved when the world is fully hyperbitcoinized?

The way we can impact Art and Business.

Why do you make art, and specifically bitcoin art?

I make Art to challenge ideals. For Bitcoin, to teach people better technology is the best chance of success at the future.

What do you hope people see or understand when they look at your art?

What I hope people see is that an artist can be capable of far greater things than anyone believed – by persisting, never giving up, and continually showing up, much like Bitcoin.

What was one of your biggest fears in life in general that you conquered, and how did you overcome it?

Moving West; learning how to find success through a strong network of great people is how I try to overcome it.

Speak about an aspect of your Bitcoin art journey that taught you the most and ultimately reshaped your practice?

Presenting my work at Scott’s Mining Conference in 2022 reshaped the way I wanted to make a relevant impact to the culture and start to reshape the way people could think about what Art could do for these spaces.

Looking back, what single moment in your Bitcoin journey flipped your creative identity from “artist who uses Bitcoin” to “Bitcoin artist”?

Art of Freedom, my work ‘Burden of Power’ featured in Bitcoin Magazine 2025, and in the exhibit at The Bitcoin Conference in 2025

What’s the most profound way discovering Bitcoin has reshaped who you are as a person?

It made me rethink TradFi Generational success as a Father, a Husband, and a Family man.

Is there anything else you would like to write about?

I grew up in the suburbs of Greater Chicagoland, raised on concrete, motion, and a need to push limits. Board sports and the outdoors shaped me early, and counterculture – especially artists like Banksy – taught me that Art doesn’t wait for permission.
I moved west for the mountains and the freedom they represent. That pursuit sparked a major pivot in my Artworks, sharpening both my direction and perspective on traditional values in the space. In 2025, my work was featured by Bitcoin Magazine and showcased at the Bitcoin Conference.
Now, as an everyday Husband, Father, and Artist, the mission is simple: create work that hits hard, lasts forever, and makes an impact big enough to help change the World.

“Fed Ender” work in progress.
